Privacy Notice

IntroproAi Forms itself does not store form submissions. Each embedded form is provided by a third-party form vendor approved by IntroproAi, and submissions are sent directly to that vendor and the owning internal team.

Submissions are used only for the internal purpose described on the form (for example, HR intake, IT requests, or ops checklists). Access is limited to authorized team members.

Embedded forms may be hosted by approved providers such as Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, Typeform, Tally, Fillout, or Jotform. Their handling of submissions is subject to their own privacy terms and the data processing agreements IntroproAi has in place with them.

Retention of submitted data is governed by the owning team's records policy and the IntroproAi Data Retention Standard.

To access, correct, or delete information you have submitted, contact the owning team listed on the form or the IntroproAi Privacy Office.
